I,m receiving messages from AD-AIRINF stating that KOLLYWOOD MMS_2 has been activated and hence Rs.2/day was deducted from my account.Since I'm not willing to receive such messages I called 198 on June 23rd and asked to stop and deactivate this service.Nothing has been done so far.Also I'm receiving messages from AD-58685 and 10 ps was deducted for every 5minutes for each message.This was a great nuisance to me.Kindly deactivate and credit the amount so far debited.Also I'm receiving messages from AD-DIALRT for the past one month and this has been reported several times to deactivate it.But it was an utter waste.I'm still receiving the messages.What norms you are adopting,I don't know.Great nuisance to me due to this airtel services.I want a positive solution immediately.
Kindly do the needful and repay my amount back.

Sir airtel is deducting money from my balance without any reason.
They are charging me in the name of at-airinf service which never been activated from my mobile. Please help us from these pirates they are robbing us.My no. Is ********77.
These are the sms which I received whenever my balance got deducted:-
