I had taken TATA PHOTAN+ post paid connection on 21 Aug 10 (Rs 500/- month data plan). I was been told that I can use free 2GB data download for next 04 months (starting from 21 Aug 10 as per my scheme with HCL Laptop), but after Aug 10 billing cycle I was been told to pay Rs 861/- as my bill for the month of Aug 10. They were giving Rs 100/month discount for next 12 months and Rs 50/- discount for the first month also. Along with this I was also told that I have to pay only 1/3 of my rent for the month of Aug 10 as I took connection on 21 Aug 10. I made a complain to TATA PHOTAN but they did not response for my first complain. I again called and spoken to them. No result found, again i made my 2nd complain then they called me and discussed the issue. So, this is a fraud with the customers.
