I bought a Sun Direct Dish and Set Top Box on 2nd May 2009 from M/s.Zippy Associates Ltd., Madurai with Smart Card No.411********R. On 4th May 2010 my Set Top Box got defective, Therefore I landed at M/s.Zippy Associates for repair. After two days on 6th May 2010, when i went to collect my Set Top Box, they handed me an old STB instead of my new STB. When i asked about my original STB. They have abused me in public, saying that this is the practice here . Nobody gets back their original STB.
