I purchased New Alto800 LXI Reg no-DL13CA5742 From Bagga Link Motors Pvt. Ltd. in Patparganj, Delhi - 110092..

My car's Shockers not working well i submit the complent about my problem but this service center not register my complent...after the i

m register the complent on your help line no but they are not giving me any response about my complent..my complent no is-********49. My Car is in under Warranty.

I m Going many service center of Maruti in East Delhi But They r not register my complent As Like-T.R. Sawhney Motors Pvt. Ltd. in Gokulpuri, Delhi - 110094 and Motorcraft

B-29, Industrial Area, Block B, Sector 1, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301. Bagga Link Motors Pvt. Ltd. in Patparganj,110092. Plz solve my problem Asap...Thanks.

I would like to tell I bought my SWIFT VDI UP 16 AW 0096 last 3 months back, I met an accident on 27-10-14. In that accident 1 window of car and right back portion got damaged, I came to service center REGENT AUTOLINKS PVT LTD A-10/9 SITE-3 INDUSTRIAL AREA GHAZIABAD MEERUT ROAD to repair my car, they said they will repair within 10 days. After 10 days when I came to there they said till now it was not ready. After that I went there 15-20 times to take my car but It was not properly ready . I told to service people many times for my problem but they don't bother & not even listen. They give the car but the color of the window doesn't match with car . They don't set window properly and also don't did proper cleaning of the car . The management doesn't listen what the client want to say , I was facing so much problem to repair my car . So please immediate take an action . I already complained in customer care service but did not give me good response . Even after complaining they are not taking such action to satisfy me. . If I am not satisfied with your service I will take legal action on this.
