Dear Sir/Madam,
I have purchased 3 laptops few months back from acer and one of them is showing very distorted display. I called up customer care and they sent a guy. Now the problem is my laptop is under warranty and its screen is not displaying anything properly.
That person says that the problem is beoz ur screen is damaged but when I asked how it is damaged while there is not scratch on it. He said i don't know but this problem only occurs when it is damaged.

My laptop is under warranty, there is not point for damage. I was comfortably working yesterday and when i opened in morning i got this problem.

Plz help me.
They are demanding Rs. 6500/- to change it.
