mene 1 aircel ka no. purchase kiya tha 12th aug ko.....under a scheme that on 100 Rs u get a sim n 100 Rs refund.....but i get only 10 rs.......is there any procedure to get reaming balance......ankit airvel no. ********65........my ohtr no. ********87
