Tata DOCOMO - i lost my balance

my mobile number is 08121380280 last month i have recharged INR 201. But that was reduced to INR 150 without doing any calls. Please do not send any false messages. and also i don`t want any ring tone related messages . please refund bak the deducted amount. This is the main problem i have been facing. what is the logic behind this wrong type of practice. i want immediate action and refund of deducted amount and this type of action should not be repeated.
