I has ordered for a Sony Xperia U mobile phone worth Rs.11,992 on 27/12/2012 refer order no 10377294 and my bank account was debited. I was told i would get the product within 21 days. Their order status from the day i have ordered till date shows awaiting shipment.They don't even update it when i have cancelled the order. I waited for over a month and then cancelled the order and was told i would get the refund within 7 days. I am yet to get hte refund. I have called the company atleast 15 times and have followed it up with them in email also but i done get any reply form their side they just tell me it will happen in another 7 days which never happens.
