i am doctor by profession.i was preparing for my post graduate entrance exams in kottayam,kerala.
i worked very hard for around one year,as expected had a lot of books and hand made notes,in feb 2012
i planned to come back to my native place jaipur and write some important exams from here..so,had a lot of load to carry,
so,hired services of vrl logistics to send my package of books and notes..details as follows..

i have my exams in next 25 days,i have purchased new books but cannot make new notes..it was my one year hard work..
i will definately suffer because of this mistake..i have tried my best to find my parcel from past one month..no results
i paid them as much as required..i kept my patience..people say to go to consumer court..?
