Transport - i have not recieved the motor cycle i booked at Nizamuddibn station to hyderabad

On 2nd of Jan 2012 my cousin booked a motor cycle (bullet electra) from Nizamuddin railway station for hyderabad nampall railway station. The bike was loaded into the luggage box on 2nd jan 2012, but still it has not reached hyderabad nampally station. And the concerned authorities are not giving reasons for the same. I am worried about my bike.
