I have worked with a startup company (Mother Tree Media Pvt. Ltd.) for 9 months from 15/05/02016 to 15/02/2017. My offer letter reflects that pf will be deducted every month but has failed to do so. Also after leaving the company serving a notice period, when I started demanding for my full and final settlement of PF I was being ignored.
I also asked them for my salary slips but they have not yet provided me the salary slips as well.
They are not ready to pay me my PF settlement and also my salary slips as they can be used a proof against them.
