Karbonn Mobiles - I have not received my mobile from the service center of Karbonn mobiles

Respected Sir or Madam I have submitted a complaint at Karbonn Mobile Care about my handset before one month on date 20/04/2014. They reply me that my problem will be solve soon as soon, but after one month I am contacting them again, because they are doing nothing. My complaint is I had purchase your mobile Karbonn A7* on date 22/10/2013. But after three months this handset become dead on date 05/02/2014. I had submitted it in Karbonn service center, Kurukshetra branch on date 06/02/2014. They send my mobile to Service center In Delhi and give me job Sheet No. KJASPHR068214K6169. They say me that my mobile will be OK and I will get it back in next 20 days. But when I go to service center after 30 days they give me 2 more day. When after one week I go to service center they ask me 3 more days. Many times I go to service but they give time for next time come. After Three Months and 8 days I could not get back my mobile. They are saying that your complaint is under process. Now want to you that you will take some corrective action against them. My Mobile No. is ********59. And mail ID is satishmoriya0143@gmail.com
