Respected Sir or Madam I have submitted a complaint at Karbonn Mobile Care about my handset before one month on date 20/04/2014. They reply me that my problem will be solve soon as soon, but after one month I am contacting them again, because they are doing nothing. My complaint is I had purchase your mobile Karbonn A7* on date 22/10/2013. But after three months this handset become dead on date 05/02/2014. I had submitted it in Karbonn service center, Kurukshetra branch on date 06/02/2014. They send my mobile to Service center In Delhi and give me job Sheet No. KJASPHR068214K6169. They say me that my mobile will be OK and I will get it back in next 20 days. But when I go to service center after 30 days they give me 2 more day. When after one week I go to service center they ask me 3 more days. Many times I go to service but they give time for next time come. After Three Months and 8 days I could not get back my mobile.
