Dear Team,

This is to inform you that i had submitted my mobile to one the franchises of karbonn mobiles named "Raj Mobile shoppee" in vashi navi mumbai.I submitted on 27th sept'13 .Due to some reasons they dispatched my handset to the HEAD OFFICE in delhi since then i have not received my handset tilldate.Its been more than 2 months now.Several mails put to customer care but the same automated reply that "it is under process".Their customer care number nevre gets connected,if at it connects they dont provide me the exact date that when they will give back my handsset.Event franchisee people dont respont to my issue.I am total helpless in nthis situation please help me out to get my handset back.
