i have ordered on 12.12.2012 and they have given 21days delivery time but after two months no any delivery have been done after i have done many calls and mails but no any response was given from there side, after that i have gone to mention address of timtara on 15.03.2013 and office employees are said to me that the money will be refunded to you till 10th of april but still now no any refund have been done. afterthat i have call and mail to them but no any response is given from there side..
