I have applied for purchase of a car (Maruti Alto LXI) from Mohan Motor Udyog kolkata.The full and final payments was made on 26 July 2010 vide bill no. 4835 & 4835. The representative of the Company, Mr. Arup Sinha, confirmed us that the car will be delivered on 04 Aug 2010, i.e. 4 days after clearence of the Banker Cheque, i.e 30 July 2010. Accordingly we waited for their call , but no call was received by us from their end.Today, when i had called up their showroom, it was told me, that too after lot of hassels, that the car will be delivered to us on 09 or 10 Aug 2010. They are blaming the Transport vehicles department, when it is understood from the discussion that they themselves have sent the registration request on 02 Aug 2010. This sort of irresponsible customer service is not expected from a dealer of Maruti Suzuki India and i demand an explanation for such delay and non commital behaviour on the part of its employees.
