THE UNDERSIGNED HAD PLACED AN ORDER FOR NEW PANASONIC 50" PLASAMA TV(50X30)-ITEM NO.200********8 THROUGH EBAY INDIA ONLINE ON 14.4.2012 AND RECIEVED FROM M/S JEWEL ORCHID 120/343- LAJPAT NAGAR KANPUR ON 3-5-2012. THE Startrek Logistic has given in writing that Item was delivered in damaged condition.THE AMOUNT PAID TO EBAY IS 57500/-PLUS 5000/- TAKEN EXTRA.
ON 4TH MAY WHEN IT WAS GOING TO BE INSTALLED ,WAS FOUND BROKEN.IMMEDIATELY THE CASE WAS REPORTED TO MR.DHARUV TONDON OF JEWEL ORCHID AND THE EBAY INDIA.M/S EBAY INDIA REFUSED TO TAKE ACTION ON THIS AS THEY SAID THAT THE COMPLAINT IS GIVEN AFTER 7 DAYS.NOW THE INSURANCE HAVE ALSO REFUSED TO TAKE ANY ACTION TO REFUND THE AMOUNT OF RS.62500/-
PLEASE LET US KNOW THAT WHERE SHOULD WE SEND THE DETAILS OF ALL DOCUMENTS.COMPANY HAS REFUSED TO TAKE THE TV BACK.
