4. AM RESEND ALL DOCUMENTS SCAN COPIES ATTACHMENTS.
5. ATTITUDE OF YOUR STAFF FOR THIS COMPLAINT IS NOT JUSTIFY.
6. HOW MANY TIMES AM VISITED FOR MY OWN MONEY.
AM ALREADY SUBMITTED ALL REQUIRE DOCUMENTS BUT STILL NO REPLY

as i say am already submitted my form 15-g on 16th april
will you please tell me from your end when it is feeded in my
account please verify me with authentic proof. i have a
right to know about this under consumer act
am already sent you my fds scan copies to your rani-bagh
branch in which your officers deduct my fds mature amount & am
also told you please also look towards my another
fd mature amount which is also mature on 25/04/2014.
so please forward my amount in my account as early as
possible. am not able to come to your bank as i come
last year because am working in a pvt. sector firm
& they deduct leave charges with my salary amount.
so please in my view here is no need to call me & insist me to come
all picture is crystal clear as last year so please re-fund me with
compensation amount also

please do needful in this week & return my amount + compensation just
because of such a harassment act repeatedly done by your officers
& please stop these topi-ghumana in your's every year policy

IS THAT'S THE WAY YOU DEAL WITH YOUR VALUABLE CUSTOMERS
OR IT'S ALL HAPPEN WITH ME BECAUSE OF STRATEGIC PLAN OF
YOU & YOUR RANI-BAGH BRANCH. LAST YEAR THEY ADMITTED THAT
BY THEIR OFFICERS MISTAKE THEY DEDUCT MY FD'S AMOUNT
& REFUND BACK TO ME JUST Rs/- 600 WHICH IS NOT A JUSTIFY AMOUNT
BUT AT THAT TIME AM WITHDRAWL MY COMPLAINT BUT AGAIN IT HAPPEN
WITH ME TWICE AGAIN THEY DEDUCT 400 APPROX AMOUNT OF MY MATURE FDS
IN OUR COUNTRY WE SAY THIS ATTITUDE "TOPI-GHUMANA". THE AMOUNT
DEDUCT WITH MY FDS WHEN AM ALRADY SUBMITTED MY FORM-15G AS I ALSO
SUBMITTED LAST YEAR & ALSO SUBMIT FORM 15-G YESTERDAY ON 16TH APRIL
THEY ASSURED ME LAST YEAR THAT IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN, BUT
IT REPEATED AGAIN & AM ALSO NOT SURE ABOUT MY AC NO 307200DA00010459
MATURE DATE 25/04/14 AS PER THEIR RECORD THEY AGAIN DEDUCT AMOUNT
FROM THAT ONE ALSO IN FUTURE,
NOW PLEASE REFUND ALL MY AMOUNT + 200% PLUS AMOUNT OF DEDUCT AMOUNT
AS PER CUSTOMER HARASSMENT
THE ATTACHMENT SCAN COPIES ARE SEND IT TO YOU.
