i booked a bus ticket online on www.ticketvala.com and got it cancelled immediately .i was supposed to get a refund of 650 rs but till now i have not got any infirmation about my refund status.i tried calling them so many times but no one piocks up the call.i emailed them for arround 20 times but there is no response from there side.my pnr no for the reservation is NA9QMW
