i am using your Tata Dokomo no From last 3years,
but from last 3-4 months i m not able to recieve any massage in this no....
and whenever i want to connect the prepaid customer care by dialing 121 i m not getting tht perticular option by which i can talk to your customer care person.
so it's my humble request to you that please take this concern very serious and resolve my problem as soon as possible.
