My Name is Kishore Gurjar. I am from Indore (M.P.) I am running my own website development and design firm name Walking Dreamz. We provide web design services. I am working in this business from last three years. For website development business we need web hosting or web space. I was using justhost (An International hosting company) web services before 3 months. I stopped just host because its very costly. Now I am coming to the main point. I was purchase a reseller hosting account from Julie Cloud (http://www.julycloud.com/), they provide me a re seller hosting plane in Rs. 3089. In reseller hosting planes, I can sell hosting also so I purchase it because some of our clients need hosting as well. They propose me so many temptation in start when I asked for hosting. they didn't tell me there terms and condition clearly. And once I paid them they show me daily new terms and conditions. I have seven websites in my hosting which provide by them. In start they down my server daily for some time. Server is up and down daily. when I compaint them they told me that its because the IP blocking, My LAN is infacted so there system automatcily blocked my IP. I am working in this business from past three years and it was not happened with my old server companies. I have same sytems from last three years. Then why only these websites creating problem in your server. Still I accept that it was my fault. Now they just cross the limit of there inferrior services. They suspend one of my website without give me any notice or any warning and when I asked for them then they told me it is because the account crossing the bandwith usage. I even accept this thing also but what I want is to access my account so I can download the data from this website. I am facing Rs. 5000 loss daily from last thre days, because I am having some important temprory work files on that websites and I can't access them because it was suspended by your team. they didn't send me any appropriate reply. All the time there supporter said me that account is suspended due to crossing of bandwidth limit. I am totally frustrated with there services now.
