I purchased Getz prime Car on 24.11.2007 from Mukesh Hyundai,Kolkata,with year of manufacturer 2007 ,Engine no-G4HG7M261474,CHASIS NO-MALBT51GR7M065970*J. After 3 year I found my car four doors are rusted. I approached pillar to post from Kharagpur to Duliajan. I heard that Hyundai had replaced all the defective car with new doors. I have not been contacted because my nature of job is like that. I approached Duliajan Hyundai workshop I made some repair there. They took the photograph of my rusted door. They sent the mail to higher office. I have been contacted by somebody from higher office assuring me of replacement. But nearly about 5 months are going to be elapsed no reply from Hyundai. Please take up the issue.
