I bought KC441 mobile on 13/09/2009 from Bangalore. After six months, it\'s charging port got corrupted. It\'s not getting charged. May be the port got loose or something like that.

On 3 May 2010, I gave that for service to the service station in Ghatkopar, Mumbai. First of the staff was simply waste, without of any knowledge, (even the basics). And above that there attitude was worst. Actually in this service stations they recruited very young three girls, who speaks and speaks anything nonstop either in hindi or marathi.

The engineer don\'t know what do, but the customers who were there, were coming since 1 week or 2 weeks or 3 weeks to get their phone repaired and these girls were rudely postponing the date forward. Some of them were so irritated that they simply fought with them. But the reaction of the staff was same, shameless.

Today, after 15 days even, when I called them, they are saying they dont have status of my phone. Reason they are giving, Engineer is too busy. She suggested to call again after another week to know the status. When I said, it\'s already have been 2 weeks, then she said ok call me after 3 days. When i said forcefully to get the status then she said to inquire tomorrow. Simply hard to believe, these guys.

I think Karbonn should take action regarding this service station , otherwise definitely it will affect their sales in near future. And I think that\'s very near.
