I had bought a double door refrigerator from videocon. In the past 6 months I have spend more than 5 to 6 thousand rupees behind your service charges.Your service is also the worst. Your workers took my refrigerator for more than a fortnight period of time but to my surprise there was nothing that they did. Instead they broke my cooling pipe and are now demanding more money to repair it and my product iis still in warrenty period. It is shameful to inform you that your workers also don't reply properly to your customers. please look into this matter. this was not expected from such a reputed firm.....
Complainant's Goal: i want you to repair my refrigerator completely.
