Sir, i am studant, studing for upsc in delhi.i went to book a ticket for delhi at shankarshet road near swargate railway booking office at morning 4 o" clock. I was in a queue at 7:30 am. There were mob of gunda's who want to book ticket without in queue. When i asked them to remain in a queue but they does not remain in queue. They attacked me and they broked the queue at that time railway police was not present at the place.I requested to booking officer to follow rule to book the tatkal ticket but he ignored my request.he gave ticket to that twenty(20)gunda's. There is nexus between railway booking officers,railway police persone who was on duty at that time and that gunda people.i asked about procedure of queue which is suggested by railway management to follow but they ignored me.there was not a single railway police person to secure me from that gundas.at the booking window display screen was not functioning.booking officer was given large number of tatkal ticket to that gunda's.
I requested to booking officer to give me complaint book but he does not give me complaint book.The booking officers name on the table name plate was DEVRAJ.
