Tata Motors - I am not satisitied with the quality of your bakkies and the service is awful

My bakkie is under warranty but because of poor service i can not get anyone to help me have it repaired and am being messed around. I have spoken to customer care in South Africa. They assured me they would sort it out. That was over a week ago.I am still waiting to hear from them despite the man saying he would call me back that day.

Also spoke to an MD of Tata SA who said he would call me back but has not. I have been waiting over a month and still have a bakkie without brakes and can not run my business without it.

I have had unending problems since i bought the bakkie last year. Master cylinder, aircon, brakes ect all within the first few months!
I need this resolved and i need service NOW!

Please help me!
