Refuse to take my vehicle for servicing at this centre address

I bought passion pro from bahadurpura x road hyderaba, date of purchase is 29-5-2012 and dealer's name is Prestige motors.i have completed my 4th free service on 3-5-13 kilometers 8413 at hero showroom and service centre Aliabad which is nearer to my house.On 4-9-2013 I went for 5th servcing of my vehicle passion pro but at the reception they refused to take my vehicle for 5th servicing because my vehicle is 1year old and it has been more than 100 days of my last service.on the owners manual 5th servicing should be at 12000-12500 kms or 100 days from date of previous service but 4-9-2013 metre reading is 10277.I was out of stations for weeks so I was unable to do my vehicle's servicing on time.

So I kindly request to allow my 5th servicing of my vehicle.passion pro.
