i have bought 2 polo tshirtsfrom zovi.com 3 days back with cash on delivery terms. t shirts delivered yesterday 23 august,,out of 2 t shirts 1 is found to be defective. i have call on mob but the person on mob have given un realistic answer that takea snap shot of the defect and then email it. how come the defect can be visualised on photo,,they shoud take the defective piece back and replace it with new one.
