i am nageshwar shantilal i buy a spy pen from naptol oder No. is 883657 date 16 oct 2010

i recived product and use it but after some time some tecnical probalm complain in customer

care complain & for replacment give you date 23 november 2010 but it not recive me till date
8 dec 2010 &so i camplaint in customer care complaint No. is 365782 . i req you plz give me my spy pen or money back Rs 1750/ . plz do needful
