good evening honda 2 wheelers

this is harish kumar i have purchased honda shine bike with frame no:ME4JC36CDA8021973 purchased on 08/05/2010 from samrat honda showroom which is in karimnagar district andhra pradesh state and am not satisfied with their behaviour to customers and servicing is not proper in that show room and after taking of my bike i got a problem with my bike while am driving my bike its shaking so for that i have told them to clear my problem with in the first service but the manager is so irresponsible and they are saying that there is air in the tyre and how can i have the problem after purchasing the bik with in a month and the manager is asking me to get new tyre if there is a problem in the tyre after getting tyre if the problem doesn't solved means he is asking me to change the alloy wheels so i want am fighting with them regarding this problem but there is no response from them if it continues further am ready to go for consumer court and i will complaint on honda company as well as samrat honda show room my request for you is to solve my problem as soon as possible.
