sbi - I am not satisfied with your subscriber service

sir,

My account no. is 20045955121 with state bank of India ratia marg sangam vihar. I requested for cheque book(multicity) about two months ago but it is not provided to me yet. I kindly request you to please see it and send the cheque book at my residential address.
