sir,i have purchased a splendor pro bike on 27/02/2012 from badrika moters rewa(M.P.).at the time of purchase the gear was not working properly,by complaining for the same a machanic of the agency opend the kick side panal of engine and removed the problem,but by the negligation of the machanic engines packing was broken.at the time of first servicing i complaine that some engine oil is leaking,but i am sorry to say that they never bother to remove the problem.after 15 days when i again complaine,machanic again opend the kick side panal,he obsorved that the packing was broken and some quantity of water was found inside in the engine,after changing the packing and engine oil,they charged Rs.240/- from me.my complaine is that why they charged for it when i am not responsable for it.for all this i lost my time,money and mental tention.
I hope and requist you to please direct badrika moters to refund the chages and in future dos't repeat this type of act that reduce the faith in HERO HONDA.
