I deposited a cheque in ICICI, Kottayam Br. on 27th Jun\'09. Though the amount is debited from my account on 04th Jul\'09, the same is not yet credited in payee\'s account at B\'lore. As per bank, normally it takes 21 working days for an outstation cheque to get cleared.

Complainant's Goal: The time taken for a cheque clearence anywhere in India should be reduced.
