I am purchase the Karbonn mobile as on Feb2010., it is just working only4 months working other than the mobile should not work there. I can given to service centre in Abids, Hyderabad. given for service purpose on 24.6.2010. Receipt NO. 4565 (serivce name Prime Tech Service) till to day we are not respeonding the service, any time we are say product will be coming soon in Bangalore, and I am not doing the service and other words we are saying so what I am doing in the cause to forget the service tell me . I have only one cell phone I am a ordinary employ I could not purchase other phone. what the situation please tell me. Please given to all persons very very good customer service . I am daily not contract the customer service centre . I am calling to the service in daily. we are saying to taken some next week and against we are call the again to again next week. you are looking sale only your refused the customer service.
