My self Neha Rajvanshi, purchased Honda Activa on 16.02.2010 & from that day i am facing the problem, as it stops working suddenly in the middle of the road & after that it does not take self nor it starts through kick, in every 10-15 days i am facing this problem, i visited the point of purchase many times so that my problem can be resolved but continously i am facing the same problem, i forwarded many complanints to customer care of honda by visiting the website but there is no response,called on customer care numbers but they never recieve the calls, i am highly dissatisfied that i purchased a new activa by paying full cost but what it is giving to me accept trouble....i have to come all the way rajpur road during night hours & if it stops suddenly so how can i manage at that time....I purchased in from Paradise Honda Dev Bhoomi Automobiles, Chandrabani Dehradun....please suggest what can i do ....????????
