I am Prashant M. Kakade from Aurangabad
I purchesed Karbonn K560 on dated 26 dec 2009 and I found problem in Headset pin. I registered coplaint at Aurangabad service center on 22 feb 2010 ( My handset and Accesohries is under warrenty period) but now still date I have not got the headset and last day 4 march 2010 I visited to service center then they provide me other handset headset they not looking like my orignal headset so I not accept this because those headset sound quality is very poor then they ireat on me and told me come after 15 to 20 days so please do somthing for me.
