Dear Sir
I, V.Satish Kumar was given my mobile in your ELURU(A.P) Service Centre for DC Jack Problem on 8th December, 2009 but still now i have not received my mobile after resolved the issue and your Service Centre agent saying that they don't have the spare parts for my mobile model and you are not sending to them those parts as per there request.
I am not sure about what is going on exactly and my hand set is under warranty, so if you don't have spare parts replace my mobile with a new peace.
