I brought a karbonn mobile on 2nd September 2009 at Advent Tele Cell, metropolitan mall MG road gurgaon(haryana) My model number is K560. My IMEI nos are M_IMEI ********0092508 and S_IMEI ********0194502.
I was surprised to find messages from my serivce provider(Airtel) stating that my IMEI is invalid.
I would like to know the following details from company :-
1. Do my mobile has the correct IMEI or not.
2. If so, why the service provider sending message after message stating that our mobile IMEI numbers are incorrect.
3. Why service providers are especially after your brand mobiles .What is the corrective measures taken from the Karbonnmobiles to face this.

I support this complaint.same thing happened with me my aircel customer care complained that my imei is fake....and karbonn is cheating us i have to pay 190 to get a genuine imei no...

these people at advent tele cell are thugs, particularly the sales staff. I brought a Lenovo k6 note and they promished interest free emi . The told the price for the model to be 15000 but deducted 15500 from my credit card. When I asked about that extra deduction, the thugs/salesperson at advent tele cell, mgf mall, mg road metro, Gurgaon, told me that this is how interest free emi works. Please be care while shopping with advent tele cell guys as they are cheats.
