dear sir,
i booked hyundai i20 magna white at navjivan hyundai motors in udhna, surat. before booking asked there that can i change the color after few days than they told me yes you can but now they are saying me that berry red color is not available in company it will take 20 to 30 days in delivery.....but before 30th july i need the car....so plz take some action on it ......excutive name is akbar thanx

i purchesed verna crdi sx on dated 08.07.09 from harsh hyundai indore
bering regestration no mp 09 ce 2576 chasis no 071634 engine no 762202
I am taking regular car servicing, after car servicing on 20.09.2011 the nsxt day 21.09.2011 my car had not been started at home I called mechanic from HARSH HYUNDAI SERVICE CENTER ,INDORE .They enquired and said THE RAil OF LUBRICANT HAS BEEN SPOILED I want to know 'how is it posibble of new car had spoiled the rail line without any accident and after running only 28000 km in 26 months
It is very shameful on behalf of HYUNDAI MOTERS , the image of hyundai is very brightful
so please you are requiested find out the real matter and provide me the rail line of the car on free coast
your co-operation shall be much appreciated

this hyundai is not at all working well.
i have hyundai i20 magna n i have visited more than 5 times to himgiri hyundai delhi n i m not solved with the problem.
services are not at all good.

Team,

I got my car serviced from "Safdarjang Motors", Gurgaon, since then the milage of the car is very poor. I report this issue to the service manager many times, everytime they just clean the head of the car and commit on removal of the snag (without getting into the detials).
Even after repetative complain about the fault, there was not action taken, to fix the car.
I'm really stuck, please help.

hi

i had a verna vtvt 2009 , it was used very smoothly 15000 km as of june 15th 2011

i had given to service at sai swarna hyundai vijayawada ..on 6th june 2011 for a regular service, they didnot rectify anyof the complaints and charged me 2148 while going home i called them back and complained so they asked me to bring the car back when ever you are free..i took it back on 14 june, 100 kms more than the service odo.....now they understood it was their mistake, and agreed to do after a bid fight but they are giving me a very hard time ...say that so many complaint, like stud , lower arm has to be changed how come in 1 week and 100 km i have to change soo many parts iam upset of .... i really wan to make this issue resolved ...or i dont even worry to consult an attorney please help me my contact no: ********22

Dear Sirs,
Since las 4-5 months, performance of car is not satisfactorily. I get it checked at Morani Motors, Sudarshanpura Ind. Area but not satisfied. Then I get it checked at P.L.Motors, Malviya Nagar but again no satisfactory result. Car has extra vibration and smoothness of car in 3rd and 4th gear is lost. For your information this car is driven by me singlehand only. Your technical persons are fail to find out the problem. Pls advise what to do.

Hi,
New verna transform supplied without mudflaps. it is very difficult to run the car in indian conditions.I have given complaint and have not got supportting feedbacks neither from dealer nor from hundai. It is been three months and and this issue is not solved.
