I have given my CB Unicorn for insurance claim and service on 19th September 2013 since i met with a minor self accident. I have been informed that the vehicle will be ready within seven working days. Till today i haven't got the vehicle serviced and i have been calling the person responsible for several times. The response was very poor and I am fed-up with the least responsibilities you have against your esteemed customers. Please look into this issues ASAP, else i will be forced to file a complaint against the service center
