My Complaint is regard the Internet usage of a GPRS activated mobile connection in PC through KARBONN K770I phone.

I had activated GPRS, I was able to browse through NET in Phone.

I connected the phone to PC, and tried to access my internet. But the phone modem itself is not being identified.

Also when I connect the phone, only the basic contact # are copied or shown in the PC. Not other additional details stored in phone are listed.

Other options like Picture or Videos in phone viewing are also not available. Available as option. But the files are not listed.

Note: Downloaded the software from KARBONN Website www.karbonnmobiles.com

I have activated tatadocomo GPRS internet in karbonn k770i model, the problem is mobile is not able to open videos online and java application too encountering the problem

Its connected after dialing and shown as connection established. but when I am trying to browse the internet is not working on PC. any body else facing the same issue?

i am not satisfied with your karbonn mobile k451. i am not ale to used Gprs It can support with Gprs It Cant hava zava support

I had purchased Karbonn K10 in the month of April. My all cell seven buttons fell down. Another problem is that vibrator is not working. please help me out. tell me , where is karbonn mobiles service centre in Faridabad

I support this complaint. karbonn k30 is also not working as modem neither showing in pc suite downloaded from karbonn website horiabble set

I have solved the problem. Dowload the drivers(3 of them) from karbonn site. Install ur os compatible driver from the device manager. your mobile modem should appear in the modems list ( mostly it is MTK GPRS modem)
install the modem settings from your service provider. It works.

I support this complaint. i am also phasing similar problem. service providers are clueless about karbonn mobiles gprs connection to pc. my modem is detected but not connecting.
