I PURCHASED A ZEN M25 MOBILEON DT. 07-12-2010. COLOUR OF BODY HAS GONE. WHEN COTACTED TO RETAILER SANSKAR MOBILE GALLERY, NEAR-AMBER CINEMA, BULANDSHAHR,U.P., I WAS SENT TO AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE AT BULANDSHAHR,U.P.,THEY REFUSED TO DO ANYTHING & MISBEHAVED WITH ME & REFERRED TO DISTRIBUTOR,BANSAL TELECOM,WHO ALSO SAID TO USE IT IN THE SAME CONDITION & SAID THAT THEY ARE HELPLESS. KINDLY HELP ME OUT TO REPLACE THE BODY OF M25 MOBILE.
