ipurchased the mobile at chennai karbonn(kc 441).during the month of august2009,now it is not working properly from last 2 months.while concacting the local service centre,they are not ABLE TO PROVIDE STANDBY INSTRUMENT
till service get it done ,at the same time the need 15 days time for rectification.
so i here by request to solve this issue immedately by replacing new mobile or standby mobile.anticipating quick replace in this regard urgently
