i had requested for Magic Chopper from Shraddhaskyshop, but from the customer care of Shraddhaskyshop one executive had guided me for Kitchen King and told that with this i can get magic chopper absolutely free and it will cost to you just rs. 3000 and same i got the delivery on 19th May, 2009. but after using magic chopper just for thrice or fourth time it got broken from the middle. Than when i called at customer care for the replacement or return of the product they said now it wont be done specially for the magic chopper as it was free with kitchen king.then i said that kitchen king is not of my use so i dont want to stay with it i want to return it then customer care people said it wont be done and for the same we can arrange a call back for you. now from last 10 days i am trying to logge a complaint regarding the same but every time at the customer care of shraddhaskyshop i was committed for the call back from the senior but till date i have not received any call from anyone regarding the same. or when i asked at the customer care for any number regarding the complaint officer then nobody was ready to tell me even that. so i would like you to please look into this matter.
even the website of shraddhaskyshop is not useful for customer to provide services.
i shall be very thankful to you.

I am not support this complaint. because if customer want or purchase the product. only that time customer will call him & placed his order other wise in media seen advertisment cus fully get the information of product .
I support this complaint. this teleshoping campany do not mention the term and condition while booking the product and they simply cheating the customer by selling their useless product
