i think in train in general coach top level officer never goes for inspection. but they have to ask from TT only that how much suffered common men from gay(chhakke) and uncleaned toilet.
gay(chhakke) are forcely demanding money.
if u r appointed persons for cleaning toilet for AC & SL ,then why not for general coach.
cigarette smoking is common thing.
in general coach you must have to give atleast 4 foot space to sit people comfortablely on upper birth because nobody allow a person to sleep on upper birth reason it is a general coach & also a separate window for upper birth.
no facality for charing a mobile.
