Dear Team,
I purchased CBR 150 R in May 5th 2013 in raam Honda .Engine REF No: KC17E8015005. I brought it for first service on 27/05/13.at (1030 Kms) in first service I clearly told that low pickup and coolant leakage observed.1st service it will be cleared (No use Simply they changed engine oil and water service)
2nd Service date: 02/09/13(4190 kms).With Same complaints (No action taken)
3rd Service Date: 11/11/13.(6298) Kms) Engine makes noise they told me that due to low pickup the bike is not moving forward so please change the clutch plates.(Which is not covered in Warranty).they told me that warranty only for engine parts not for wear & tear parts.
While buying the bike we will not check the bike in open condition. and this parts (Clutch plates) should be in warranty minimum 1 year.
If they didn't give the warranty then why you prefer that supplier. I hope every thing should cover in warranty minimum 1 year (ENGINE parts)
Can we send it back to manufacturing unit. for testing why it fails. please inspect and do the functioning tests. Previously I used Bajaj 150cc 4 years without any problem.
No spare parts available in stores, No respect to the customers, No nothing. I asked to meet Mr. Vasu, Mr. Krishnam raju to discuss above points even they didn't give me the mobile no also.
Finally I feel very bad on buying the Honda CBR 150 in your show room. I am waiting for your reply.Please treat this issue us urgent.
