I bought a product micromax a77 andorid phone from homeshop18. At the time of buying there is offer provided by micromax and aircel of wroth 13000/- talk time on this product.But till date no offer provided by the company.I talk so many times with homeshop18 Customer Care. Every time i talk with Customer Care they said give us 2 days we resolved your problem.Today i also talk.This time they provide me a number 1860-500-8286 but this number is not working when i reply to them they suggest me that go to your nearest aircel office and bring in written on there letter head that no offer is Floating on your aircel number .

Sir i am very distraught so pls do needfull
