I have purchased a eurocleaner ACE on 12/07/2010 through group leader Shri Ravi Shanker Singh, Code No -9009923. The cost is Rs.7690.00, Receipt No. 033143. After some days say 15 days the instrument becomes non-functional. I have called Shri Singh several times over mobile(********75) but he never bothered to attend my complain. I have also contacted over telephone to your Patna office but I have not get any response. Then I have lodged a complaint to your Kolkata office on 08.09.10 vide complain no.-******** but till date/time no body of your company has to bothered to attend the complain. Now I am in mood to proceed the consumer court for justice. Its a mental tourcher for me.
