I had bought an A/C make Videocon, Model No. VKW 51CEI for Rs. 11000 in exchange of our old A/C on 07.06.2009 from Jai Maa Electronics, Faridabad, the address is mentioned above. The performance of the A/C is really very bad and not at all satisfactory in fact not working at all.

Apart from 2 services of the A/C, it is not working at all. When the second service was got done in the last week of March and I started A/C in first week of April, since that day the A/C is not working proporly. Technicians have come and took the A/C twice and said that compresser has been changed, but when they come to install the A/C it does not work even in front of them and technicians told me to talk to the owner - Mr. Amit Kathuria. He assured us to take some action, but nothing has been done so far.

I want to replace the A/C or to refund my full amount along with the amount of my old A/C. i.e. 11000+4000(amount paid for videocon A/C+exchange amount of old A/C)
