I had got a call from Jhaveri Honda last week and they had asked me to come down to there Cotton Green Branch for resolving the issue. I will be going there on this Sat 16-Oct-2010 and lets see what they will do to resolve the issue. I really need this open issue to be closed this time.

One thing is for sure, if this time the problem is not been solved i am gonna ask them to replace the whole bike or pay my full money.

I am not free to visit the service centres [ Chembur, Kurla & Cotton Green ] every now an then, Absolutely unethical !!!

HOPE FOR THE BEST !! Appreciate there focus on this or i need to do a major escalation for this.

Very sad fuliy log this complaint regarding my bike UNICORN, 3-4 time myself is go to Jhaveri Hond service station Kurla west near Hari masjid.
Always will meet and request personally to Mr.Rafiq Mulla to solve my bike steering suddenly jam in riding time. today also will go to same service station meet with same person (Mr. Rafiq Mulla) he will deputing my case to technician Mr. Moin (last time the same gays attend my bike)
At persent they are attend bike but he cant solve my problem.
I don't know why they are not tack responsibility for the same.
Responsible authority please tack action for the same.other wise will go to user forum.
