sir/ madam mene 30/09//2011 ko PRAKASH ELECTRONICS ADDRESS 180,JAIL ROAD, INDORE-452007. SE SAMSUNG 5233 STAR NXT mobile imei no 357202_03_9263158 lia tha jisme starting se internet or home screen pr di gai koi b application like facebook, twitter, bebo etc nahi chal rha tha... mene jb shopkeeeper ko btaya tha to usne mujhe 2 days bd aane ko kha tb tk mob ko 4 day complete ho gaye the and again jab me shopkeeper se ja kar mila to usne muje service center jane ka kaha tab me uske baad sapna-sangita samsung sevice center gaya, unhone mujse kaha ke softwear i problem hai 2 din baad aana and again me jab 2 dino ke baad gaya to unhone muje kaha ki is version ka Software humare pass nahi hai to aap yaswant plaza me contect karo,
uske bad mene jab yashwant plaza service center per contect kiya unhone mob. 2 dino ke baad dene ka kaha per after 2 days bi problem solve nahi hui. again & again wo muje ye bol ke taal rahe hai ki 15 se 20 din me hoga or me kai bar Area Maneger se baat kar chuka hu or wo bhi koi propper response nahi de rahe hai or bolter hai service senter per meri baat karwa dena. and me kai bar samsung custoemr care me Seniour Person Mr. saroj se baat kar chuka hu or bhi muje servcie senter jane ka bolte hai. and me in sab baato se bahot jiyada pareshan o chuka hu servcie center ke chaker lagate lagate meri JOB per ban aai hai. so i Req. to You Plz help me.
